The house is on 2 levels. The apartment on the ground level is completely private and self-contained with French doors to an outside area where you are able to eat and relax. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with wardrobe and drawer space for clothes,.Fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook with microwave, oven, fridge etc, sunny living/dining area with French door to outside garden area. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There are washing and drying facilities, iron, hairdryer etc.
The main house on the upper level has 3 double bedrooms all with hanging and drawer space: Large bathroom with bath, shower etc, hair dryer, and a separate toilet. Laundry facilities are in the cellar. Large separate kitchen, fully appointed and again, suitable for those who like to cook, with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc. Study with telephone available, as well as satellite TV, video recorder, games and books. Open plan living/dining area (open fireplace) with French doors to large outdoor entertaining area with barbecue. The outdoor area doubles the living area and is delightful for meals and enjoying the hot Provençal afternoons. There are outside tables and chairs and sun lounges. The high front fence makes this area completely private.
The property provides plenty of off street parking. As the entire house can be rented as one, these 2 separate areas may be linked via an internal stairway from the upstairs kitchen, through the wine cellar and games room. When they are separate, both parties have their own entrances and facilities, and the internal doors can be locked. A babies cot is available on request.
